Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers when appropriate. In cases where we determine that a user has repeatedly infringed copyrights, we will take appropriate action, which may include limiting their access to our platform or terminating their account entirely.
